You should send us a clear video of unboxing the item or items , within 4 days of receiving it.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning your package to us , provided your video of unboxing the package is clear .

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
